We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — quickly and without friction. This policy exists to protect you as a customer and to protect the causes your purchase funds. Every return we process is dollars we can't send to our nonprofit partners. We take that seriously, and we ask you to as well.

Return window: 30 days from delivery
Processing time: 7–10 business days after receipt
Free exchanges: US only - we cover exchange shipping
Return shipping: Customer - unless our error

Eligibility — what we can accept

What condition must items be in for a return or exchange?
All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags still attached and returned in original packaging. We cannot accept items that show any of the following:
Not accepted
  • Signs of wear or washing
  • Odors — smoke, cologne, deodorant, sweat
  • Animal or human hair
  • Stains of any kind
  • Removed or missing tags
Automatically ineligible
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Holiday sale purchases
  • Pre-order items (see below)
  • Items outside the 30-day window

Worn items

Items that show signs of wear are not eligible for a money-back refund but may qualify for store credit at our discretion. Email us before shipping anything back.

What is your pre-order return policy?
Pre-order items are fulfilled within 90 days of purchase. Once a pre-order ships, standard return eligibility applies. Pre-orders cannot be refunded before shipment unless we formally notify you of a fulfillment delay beyond the 90-day window — in that case, you may request a full refund at any time. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge the extended fulfillment timeline.
Your options — refund, exchange, or store credit
Can I get a money-back refund?
Yes, for eligible items within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not cover return shipping for money-back refunds. Once we receive and inspect your item (7–10 business days), the refund is issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do exchanges work?
We offer free exchanges within the United States — we cover the outbound shipping on the replacement item. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we cover outbound on the replacement. Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. Exchanged items must meet the same eligibility conditions above.
What about store credit?
Store credit is available for eligible returns. Return shipping for store credit is the customer's responsibility — we do not cover it. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future order including cause drops and limited releases.

Wrong item or damaged item

I received the wrong item. What do I do?
That's on us — we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email hello@lfgbrands.com with the subject line "Wrong Item — Order #[your number]" and include:
  1. Your order number
  2. Name and email address on the order
  3. Photo of the incorrect item next to the packing slip
We'll send a prepaid return label and ship the correct item within 7–10 business days of verification.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
Email hello@lfgbrands.com with the subject line "Damaged Item — Order #[your number]" and include:
  1. Your order number
  2. Name and email address on the order
  3. Clear photo showing the damage or defect, with the tag visible
  4. Your preference — refund or replacement
We use this documentation to assist you and to improve quality control with our manufacturing partners. We'll respond within 2 business days.

How to start a return or exchange

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
  1. Visit our return portal at lfgbrands.com/returns— have your order number ready.
  2. Select your item(s) and your preferred resolution: refund, exchange, or store credit.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.Keep your tracking number— we cannot process returns on items lost in transit without it.
  4. Allow 7–10 business days after we receive your item for processing. You'll receive an email confirmation once complete.

Before you ship anything back

Do not ship an item back without initiating through the portal or receiving written confirmation from our team. Unrequested returns cannot be guaranteed processing and may be returned to sender.

How do I check the status of a return I already submitted?
If you submitted through our return portal, allow 5–7 business days for initial processing after we receive the item. You'll receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange is finalized. If you haven't heard back after 10 business days, email hello@lfgbrands.com with your order number.
