A note on fraud & chargebacks
LFG Brands is a small business. Every fraudulent chargeback directly reduces funds that flow to our nonprofit partners and causes pillars. We verify all orders and cooperate fully with card networks to dispute fraudulent chargeback claims. Orders flagged by our fraud detection system will be canceled and refunded before fulfillment — no exceptions. If you believe your order was incorrectly flagged, email hello@lfgbrands.com with your order number and proof of identity.
Order management
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Order modifications and cancellations are accepted within
2 hours of purchase — after that, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be changed. Email
hello@lfgbrands.com immediately with your order number in the subject line. We cannot guarantee changes made after this window.
How does your fraud verification process work?
All orders are screened at checkout. Orders with mismatched billing/shipping addresses, high-risk indicators, or flagged payment methods may require additional verification before shipping. If we need to verify your identity, we'll email you within 24 business hours. Unverified orders are automatically cancelled and refunded after 48 hours of no response. We take this seriously — your purchase funds real causes, and so does every dollar lost to fraud.
What is your pre-order policy?
Some drops are released as pre-orders when demand exceeds immediate inventory. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge the item is not yet in stock.
Pre-order terms
Pre-orders are fulfilled within 90 days of purchase. If your pre-order cannot be fulfilled within that window, we will notify you by email and you may request a full refund at any time. We do not offer pre-order refunds before the 90-day window unless we formally notify you of a fulfillment delay. Pre-order charges are processed at the time of purchase, not at shipment.
What if I need to return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges within
30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Cause-drop items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. To initiate, email
hello@lfgbrands.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How long does processing take?
Standard orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 3–5 business days. During cause drop launches, processing may extend to 5–7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Allow 24 hours after receiving that confirmation for tracking to activate.

Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking shows no movement after

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the
United Kingdom, EU member countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. Processing time is 1–2 business days; delivery is typically 7–14 business days after shipment. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we don't currently ship there — email

Who pays duties and taxes on international orders?
All international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We do not collect VAT, import duties, or customs fees at checkout. These charges are assessed by your country's customs authority and collected by the carrier upon delivery. LFG Brands has no control over these fees and cannot predict or reimburse them. Are international orders eligible for free shipping?
The $75 free shipping threshold applies to domestic US orders only. We subsidize a significant portion of international shipping costs, but full coverage isn't available at our current scale. We're a small operation — every dollar we don't spend on logistics goes toward the causes.
