LFG Brands, LLC — Subscription & Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Some products in our store may be available as a recurring subscription. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize LFG Brands, LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and duration you selected at checkout. Your payment information is stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you elected to pay in full at the time of purchase.

Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your order, or by emailing hello@lfgbrands.com with your order number. Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled charge — we do not issue refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or not yet available for shipment. By completing a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Payment may be collected in full at checkout, or a partial deposit may be collected with the remaining balance charged at the time of fulfillment. Your payment method will be stored securely for this purpose.

Pre-orders are expected to ship within 90 days of purchase. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order within that window, we will notify you by email and you may request a full refund at that time.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and received a full refund of any amount charged. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may be eligible for a return or refund under our standard Returns & Refund Policy.

To cancel a pre-order, email hello@lfgbrands.com with your order number in the subject line before shipment confirmation is sent.
